Abstract

The present work aims to analyze the multiple legal contradictions that currently permeate the structure of the Mexican constitutional system, in order to show the gnoseological errors presented by the Magna Carta, which as a result of the assumption of conventionality control has epistemologically adopted a guaranteeing spirit, but which is contradictory by other principles incorporated in its own text, violating Human Rights. In addition, the reform compulsion that the Constitution has had in recent years is analyzed, calling into question its ontological stability. Finally, the ideological gap that occurs between the constitutional postulates in the abstract in relation to the reality that prevails in Mexico today is analyzed.
