Abstract

Do we really have the Right to Justice? It seems that only to Divine Justice. Constitutional Article 17 in the first paragraph says that no person can do justice by itself, or exercise violence to claim their right, so that Justice materializes at the time the State administers it, and to that end, creates courts that will issue their judgments promptly, completely and impartially, according to the same article 17; But, what happens when reality exceeds the norm and does not comply with the spirit of the law; how citizens are explained that the law and its application have little or nothing to do with JUSTICE.
