Copyright is established in accordance whit Federal Copyright Law (Mexico), Law of Science and Technology (Mexico), General Education Law (Mexico), Organic Law by National Council for Science and Technology (CONACyT, Mexico), copyright laws by State of Jalisco (Mexico) and Oganic Law, its Statutes and Regulations by University of Guadalajara (Mexico).

Global Law is registered whit Reserve Number of Rights to the Exclusive Use of the Title for electronic version: 04-2015-021708234800-203, e-ISSN: 2448–5136 and for printed version: 04-2015-021109191900-102, ISSN: 2448-5128 and whit Licensing Number of Title and Content 16827 that was assigned by National Institute of Copyright. Global Law is edited by University of Guadalajara.

Global Law protects the copyrights of the journal and its authors. Any violation of copyright will be resolved by Mexican law.
